DINNER DATE: MEG MAC

WE never claimed to be awesome at cooking. Pancakes and Guacamole on a slow rain evening in Texas. Look at the two small chile peppers. They grow wild here in Mission, Texas. WE share them with the mockingbirds. Chile Del Monte. Chile From The Woods. Some call it Chile Piquin. For the Dinner Date WE chose the wonderful music of Australia's MEG MAC. Her voice is insanely Beautiful. "Something Tells Me" is MEGNIFICENT!
