It was a warm, windy,  peaceful  Winter Sunday in Texas. 72 degrees Fahrenheit.

WE had dinner outside in the shade.

It was Bertolli Shrimp Penne And Asparagus. It was easy to prepare!  

Just follow instructions and enjoy!

It was Absolutely Delicioso!

One of Of OUR bloggers told US a story about how kind, considerate and customer friendly excellent the folks at TOWN N COUNTRY CONVENIENCE STORE in McAllen, Texas are.

OUR rookie blogger's neighbor is an Irish elderly man. He could not travel to the luckiest store in Texas to purchase 7 dollars worth of lottery tickets.

Mr. Murray went snail mail and got his tickets. He mailed in $10.

The folks sent him $14 of tickets!  This generous gesture brought tough Mr. Sean Patrick Murray to tears!

Thank you Ms.Tina Noser and your wonderful staff!

You made a Son Of Ireland very happy!

Mr. Murray says "May GOD give you all more."

UBER EATS GETS IT RIDE

WE found OURSELVES in a bind. WE could not leave the ranch to pick up some burgers because the reliable truck was acting funny. WE just did not want to chance it being short handed.

WE decided to enlist the help of UBER EATS. The folks that can get you places also deliver meals from local eateries.

WE did not know what to expect.

WE were pleasantly pleased with their excellent service.  This company had a leg up on the competition. They provide a ride along service that is highly effective.

How could they not do the same with meal delivery?

They do!
