Back in the early 1990s WE worked across the courthouse. WE would take a 7 minute walk to Yoli's Mexican Restaurant. Yoli was a beautiful real redhead whose incredible Caldo De Res aka Beef Soup was bewitching. Rival eateries sent spies to the hole in the wall eatery. Her husband was a Professional Boxing Referee. Big fights. The waitresses would sing! The place had an old school jukebox with old and new rock songs mixed in with Mariachi tunes. "Nowhere To Run" by HUCK 2 would sound Fab in it!
