Growing up in Texas WE got exposed to different genres of music. Despite living in the Rio Grande Valley of South Texas! One would think such an out of the way area would shield listeners. The opposite is true! WE dipped OUR ears into what was then known as "The Brown Sound". This was Mexican-American music that later was called Tejano. It fueled the Soul of the Mexican-American Civil Rights Movement. It is insane that ethnic group was designated 2/3 of a person! Country music is in the Texas DNA. R & B, Soul, Pop and Rock filled airwaves. There are two types of Music. There is good and bad. OCTOBER IS CUB SPORT MONTH. This Australian rock band's music is Good!
