JUKEBOX JAM: "AND WE DANCED" BY THE HOOTERS

It was after 2 A.M.  Back in 1986. WE cruised up to McAllen, Texas from Mission, Texas. Out of Tom Landry's hometown to the City Of Palms for some Mexican food at a 24/7 Mexican restaurant called Cuevas. The food was extremely delicioso there.

They had a killer jukebox. WE are jukebox world champions. Four songs for a dollar.

The last song was considered the best of the 4.  That early morning it was "And We Danced" by THE HOOTERS.

A great tune!

It still holds up quite well!

Checkalo!

In The Foto:  Home-made Guacamole with Chile Del Monte aka wild chile peppers!  Those little Hotties grow in the wild. WE share them with the mockingbirds!
